Jacqui completed her MBA over 10 years ago, specialising in Financial Strategy, Managing in the External Environment (Marketing), and Creative Management (Managing Innovation) where she graduated with distinction.
Jacqui has wide experience in senior management, change management, project and programme management, and has expertise in strategic planning and formal project planning to deliver business solutions involving new ideas. Her experience is particularly strong in helping develop effective management within Innovative IT companies. She is uniquely qualified in both IT (MBCS, CITP) and Business (MBA, MCMI).
Jacqui has worked with a wide variety of industries including information technology, utilities, retail, pharmaceuticals, service, government, manufacturing, professional institutes and not-for-profit organisations, with responsibility for budgets from £10k to £9m. She is trained in Prince 2 (The main project management standard in the UK and Europe) and has helped create a strong project management framework in several companies.
Jacqui has distilled the best of this experience into a number of consultancy services to give small and medium sized businesses the opportunity to take advantage of this experience to enhance their success. Many companies have already benefited from her mentoring and support. She uses a wide range of creative thinking techniques has facilitated many seminars and workshops for groups ranging from 6 to 200 people and is familiar with working with a diverse range of different people and situations.
